start caring more about clients,...have qualified managers to take care of client request,..
it started with sending a delayed quote after 2 visits to the site, on the planned day of work,...you turned out with the wrong material,. Then I had to pay 5 times the original quote and 2 weeks to get the material,. Installation was very painful process, the clary of the timeline was not right,. Missy schedules,..the paint job was lousy,.. i paid such huge amount hoping to get fresh look, but eventually it was similar to what it was before,..in the process I asked to speak to manager who can help,..in 3 times I was promised that someone will come back to me,..then they said manager is on paternity leave,. And no one contacted me to answer my complaints,...I dont believe you are a professional company, your customer service is a big question mark
